Most items are made and/or assembled by hand so there will be variations and imperfections. 

Each item is checked over before being packaged. However, regretfully from time to time it may be your item that is damaged during transit.

If your package arrives broken or damaged, please contact us via email at littlehandsau@gmail.com within 48 hours of your receiving your parcel. 

Refund and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Little Hands Australia.
